Our rating system ( your rating system ) is growing along with the number of tournaments using the system and the number of players playing in tournaments. Your honesty, accuracy, and suggestions are the key for a successful rating system. I suggest that you keep notes continually on all the players that show up at the tournaments you participate in, adding new players and correcting any wrong ratings.
